I have a CRS designation from the National Association of Realtors. It is based on Experience, Ethics and Volume. Only 4% of Realtors in the United States hold this designation, which is the most rigorous and professional residential designation available to REALTORS, it is considered the PhD of Real Estate. It is a designation recognized and supported by the National Association of Realtors.
I also hold two additional professional designations, I am a Certified New Home Specialist. This course is recognized as one of the very best ever offered in real estate. The training covered architectural design and planning, blueprint reading, topography, building site design, evaluating quality construction, materials, methods, construction terminology and scheduling.
. I am Residential Construction Certified. The training from this class provides a foundation that allows me to communicate more confidently and professionally with buyers, sellers, appraisers, inspectors, lenders, designers, engineers and construction professionals. This expertise positions them to better help their customers make their best decisions.

Community Involvement
Supporting our community is very important to me, and along with my husband, Al Covington, I strive to support as many community fundraisers as possible. I am a sustaining member of the Junior League of Peoria and I served on the Angel Ball committee for OSF to raise money for the new Children's Hospital. Some of the additional organizations that are of special interest to me are the Contemporary Arts Center, United Way Pillars Society, OSF Healthcare St. Francis Society, Chidren's Miracle Network.

I will work tirelessly daytime, evenings, or weekends until you find your dream home. I am upbeat, cheerful and enthusiastic, because I truly believe that buying a home should be fun! I will provide creative marketing strategies for your home. Although I admit to being a workaholic, I enjoy traveling, entertaining friends, riding my new commuter bike, taking care of my backyard fish pond, practicing Yoga several times a week, sailing (yes, in Peoria!), and I am a sculpture student studying with Preston Jackson.
